Mr. Russell J. Greenberg founded Altus Capital Partners in 2003 and serves as its Managing Partner. Mr. Greenberg is an Advisor at 17th Street Capital Partners. Mr. Greenberg was the President and Co-Founder at Max Capital. He has over 20 years of investment, buyout investing, and merchant banking experience. Through more than 80 corporate finance and merger transactions with an aggregate value of more than $6 billion, Mr. Greenberg brings a broad perspective on successful private equity investing in both strong and weak economic periods. Mr. Greenberg worked as an investment and merchant banker at Bank of America, Chatfield Dean & Co. from 1994 to 1996, Brean Murray Securities Inc. from 1992 to 1994, Daiwa Securities America Inc. from 1990 to 1992, Prudential-Bache Capital Funding from 1986 to 1990, and also at Foster Securities. Mr. Greenberg's completed leveraged buyout transactions and completed merger and acquisition advisory assignments. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Quest Specialty Chemicals, Inc. Mr. Greenberg serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thomson Acquisition, Inc., Aqua-Chem, Inc., and Gichner Shelter Systems. Mr. Greenberg holds an M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and received a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College, with an honors degree in Economics.
