J. Timothy Gannon is one of the co-founders of Outback Steakhouse and an avid high goal polo player and patron. He created the Bloomin' Onion recipe, and also founded and OSI Restaurant Partners, which owns Carrabba's Italian Grill, Fleming's Steakhouse, and Bonefish Grill.
