World's Largest Hockey Stick and a Hockey Mural


Eveleth, Minnesota (MN), US
Built in 2002, the stick is 110 feet long. It replaces a 107 feet long stick built in 1995 that was torn down for safety reasons. The United States Hockey Hall of Fame is in this small town.

Duncan, British Columbia, features a 205 feet long steel reinforced wooden stick that is not recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records, as it is not an authentic stick.

After the Guinness Book of World Records was bought by a Canadian businessman in 2008, the steel reinforced stick in Duncan, BC, was declared the World's Largest in July 2008.

The stick in Eveleth remains the largest one piece wooden stick in the world.

This thing is huge....step in front of the end of the blade and have a picture taken with the stick behind you......makes a very interesting picture.
