Is there a way to replace the Local Live link URL with this:
http://local.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&a...3&encType=1
The one it points to now is off enough that it's a little hard to find, and it's not "bird's eye".

Hmmm... Doesn't seem to have worked right. LL URL is a little screwed up...
I think what's going on is you've replaced the URL with what is displayed above "local.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&a...3&encType=1", but it's actually longet because the forum truncates the displayed URL. It's actually:
local.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&cp=q736hm4tr7pb&style=o&lvl=1&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&scene=5848033&encType=1
