Now using Google Maps v3 APIs

This isn't a big visual change, but I've switching from using Google's v2 Map APIs to v3.

They will be deprecating the v2 APIs later this year, and the v3 APIs have the latest-and-greatest innovations. Notably, the embedded map viewer will *look* like the current Google Maps site with updated UI controls and visuals.

Additionally, the v3 APIs have a lot better performance on desktop and mobile browsers. As a result, pages should load faster and respond better.

I've also updated Street View maps to add a control that lets you switch back to the satellite imagery for the current location.

Let me know if you see any issues with the new APIs.
