There's a sports field in the UK that is said to have been celebrated for its "space age" design, including a very 1970s-sci-fi-looking press booth overhanging the field. If I remember right, it won some magazine's No. 1 Favorite UK Building sometime in the past couple years.
I know this is vague. I remember seeing pictures of it back when it was in the news, but can't seem to dig up a thing now. It doesn't seem to be Millennium Stadium. I can't remember what sport was played there; I seem to think it was socc-- uh, football, but I'm not positive.
Anyone know what this was and where it is?

If you a even a faint memory of what it looked like you can sort through the entries at: http://www.worldstadiums.com/europe/countries/united_kingdom.shtml
It might be there.
