We know it's early spring because most trees aren't leafed out and Magnolias and Cherries are blooming.
But baseball season has started. Take a look at Yankee Stadium from all four compass points. If you get the right view looking North and zoom in you'll see a small marquee that states "Tampa Bay Tomorrow 7:05 PM".
A look at the Yank's 2005 schedule yields this:
Sunday, April 17, 2005 at Baltimore 1:35
Monday, April 18, 2005 Tampa Bay 7:05
Tuesday, April 19, 2005 Tampa Bay 7:05
I suspect just by looking at traffic and activities that these shots were taken on a weekend, and we're looking at an afternoon ballgame (Baltimore?), so I'm going to go out on a limb and say Sunday, April 17, 2005.
By the way, Tampa Bay doesn't return to Yankee Stadium until late June.
