Is there a tutorial for submitting Google Street View? Does the submission script recognize a Street View URL?

There is no tutorial. The auto submission tool does not support it. It is very simple though.
1) navigate to the scene you want to submit
2) Use whatever tool you use to grab a 150x150 pixel thumbnail.[1]
3) Click on the word "Link" next to the chain icon in the upper right of the StreetView scene
4) Copy the resulting URL and paste into your submit page
5) The rest is the same as any other submission
[1] I use Snagit. I've been a registered user for more than ten years.
http://www.techsmith.com/ They have a free trial. It can be set up to
grab fixed 150x150 thumb regions. I love it for its simplicity. Other than that
I have no stake in the tool.

And make sure that there is no pushpin in the url. It'll be "&q=latnumberlonnumber" or "&q=your-search-query-words" or something along those lines. Just delete that portion of the URL and TEST before submitting.
