Saylor Creek fighter/bomber training range located at 42.56337,-116.16835 per this page
I don't see any buildings in the area though.

Analogman identified this as part of Saylor Creek. He usually knoew his stuff. Still can't find the industrial site though.

Don't know if this will help... Live Maps shows an area labeled "Saylor Creek Air Force Range"

That's it. I've never had a problem finding Saylor Creek though. I just can't find the fake industrial facility on it. It was built around 2002 so it should be in some of the imagery. GE says the current imagery dates to 2006 & 2007 so it should be around there somewhere.
