The Submit Map feature insisted on placing the map in Georgia in spite of trying to force it to accept Florida. Can you change the state to FL?

Fixed.
You should have been able to change the state when submitting. The form suggests the state and country based on the closest map already submitted, so occasionally, you need to change it when your map is near a state or national border.
