Moderators have been giving me two different ways to post BEV and Street View maps of the same locale:
AKpilotEMT says:

What should I do?

mlc1us is a moderator. AKpilotEMT is not.
"Even though some maps may already have both Street View and BEV images, the preferred method to submit a separate Street View map." is correct. There have been some others mistakenly approved but the general policy is to have separate submissions for SV without additional thumbnails.
As a policy the thumbnail and URL must match. Once that is done other aerial view thumbs may be added. But the SV should be a separate submission on its own.
