I suspect one could get "bogged" down searching for this site. Am I right?

I'm willing to bet you'd hit pay dirt if you started digging around Alberta

CLUE: Rhymes with "bogged." (not sure I under stand the "bogged" reference but that doesn't mean it doesn't apply.)

Is digging a miss leading clue? How about Logging?

The bog reference was me thinking this was a peat moss bog/processing plant like this: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=premier,+Rivi%C3%A8re-du-Loup,++Quebec,+Canada&sll=48.03201,-69.252319&sspn=0.02623,0.055275&ie=UTF8&ll=47.905469,-69.442992&spn=0.013147,0.027637&t=h&z=15

CLUE: Logging, not bogging. I thought the close up of the piles of logs at this site would be a give away.

I have no idea what the name of the place is. I just found it scanning around and thought it would be a good high-level Find-It.

Pshew! Good job Tyco.

(Princess Louise Alberta was her full name.)

mlc1us helps name this Find-It site: Footner Forest Products.

The next Find-It will be up Monday and will be another BEV Find-It.

I got that but, you already told us it was in Alberta, Canada. So I was looking for other references about her. Mount Alberta, Lake Louise, and Medicine Hat where a boat was named after her.

The "digging around Alberta" had me looking for sand oil mines in Alberta. Then I gave up on that and started looking at logging from "Rymes with bogged". I was attempting to use rail lines to lead me to it but I was in the wrong area. I found a map of Major Mills in Alberta and was looking at that when your last clue came out and High Level was on it. Way north of where I was concentrating my search.

Congratulations Tyco! And my apologies for leading you a bit astray. I'm afraid I was the one that suggested it was in Alberta, not as a clue, but as a guess. Like you, I also thought it was part of Alberta's famous "oil sands." When I suggested that "I bet digging around in Alberta could lead to pay dirt," rather than offering a clue of my own, I was fishing for a "hot" or "cold" on my guess from kjfitz.

There's been some discussion about whether the other mods could play along too, since we don't have prior knowledge of kjfitz's puzzles. Next time I play, I'll try to do a better job of distinguishing myself as a contestant rather than an accomplice.
