What's the verdict on the LL update? Do we have to go back and re-discover the images in all these maps, or will there be a quick coding fix that brings the pre-SPACELAND maps up to the current configuration?

I've seen your updates and applied them but I'm not having any problems with the old URLs. Let's move this conversation to the forums and see f anyone else is seeing problems too.

Unfortunately, the forums don't recognize me or my password, so I'm unable to participate. But I look forward to reading other's comments on the subject. When you say you don't have problems with old URL's, does than mean you are still able to see the images like this formation of planes? Because I click on the link and only see empty airspace.

Yes, when I click on the thumbnail or the LL link below the thumbnail, I see the images like this formation of planes. I do not see just a blank screen. Sometimes the centering or zoom is not what the original was but the image is there. Also about one time in five it goes straight to map view instead of BEV but a reload loads the BEV view.

Not BEV anymore for this post too.

I saw the comment and clicked on the thumb and got the map view. Then i clicked on the thumbnail again and got the BEV view. I don't know what is going on.

(I'm using Firefox 2.0 with my cache set to 0 bytes).

I'm using Firefox 1.5.0.8, and am only able to see the images pictured in LL thumbnails when they happen to be from the NORTH view. For some reason, regardless of the orientation of the image, the browser defaults to north.

I should qualify the above statement. When I click on the link, it starts in MAP view, and then when I select Bird's Eye View, it's always NORTH.

Check the "West" view and you can catch these same four F-18s taxiing down the runway after landing.
