This aircraft is noise nuisance. This company has a corporate flight center just south of me. The in bound and out bound aircraft are always just over my house on final or departure. In periods when they are certifying large groups of pilots, the buzz is near unbearable. It is rare that other aircraft, there are a lot, are as operationally noticeable as the Piagio. Even in the summer with the house buttoned up and the A/C providing a little white noise, the engine noise of the Piagio penetrates right through like a mosquito in a darkened bed room.
