Je ne parle pas bien français. It was très difficile to just find out that that is the "Stade Municipal" of Penmarch. Very little information on the internet that I could decifer but I was able to after almost half an hour of research just for that alone! I oughta stick with the U.S. - me can read American mucho bueno!!
Sorry. I just wanted to say that "Stade Municipal" as title isn't sufficient. Almost every village have a municipal stadium. That's the reason why I suggested "The municipal stadium of Penmarc'h" as Title.

I'm guessing that locally it may be known simply as the Stade Municipal because I never did find the full name. Full names are always good, though. A tout à l'heure!
