It may be that my last steak sandwich is my favorite. But I don't think that's the case with Steve's Prince Of Steak. It is a great steak sandwich, as good as any in Philadelphia.
All great sandwiches start with the bread. Steve's uses a torpedo roll - long, crispy and not as doughy as the more typical Italian Bread. Then there's the meat, itself. Steve's slices it daily, rather thick, which usually means tough. Not the case here - good flavor, good chew, but not at all tough.
