The Alhambra Theater

The Alhambra Theater is a movie house designed by Frank J. Schlotter and opened on September 27, 1913. The theater was one of many influenced by the Moorish style of the Alhambra Palace in Spain. The theater ceased operation in 1956. Restoration as a performing arts space began in 2003 and is expected to be open and functioning by 2017.
