Description:Two wind turbines owned by We Energies (the local electric/gas utility). Erected in 1999, they stand at 290 feet tall alongside highway 41, south of Fond du Lac.

These were two of the first wind turbines built in the region. Today, several dozen are scattered across the landscape of Dodge County a few miles south of here.
