This is the MQF-004. The Hornet Museum's MQF is serial number 004. It was actually the prototype model and eventually used to house Alan Shepard, Stuart Rosa, and Edgar Mitchell at the end of the Apollo 14 mission. The MFQ-based quarantine period lasted from Feb 9, 1971 until Feb 12, 1971 on the primary recovery ship USS New Orleans.
