Its 75 miles long, runs directly north/south in a staight line.
My best guess is ice and clouds showing through the blued out sea along a map (photo) seam.

These irrigation circles are part of the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (NAPI) project.

Dulce, NM is 75 miles east. It is the seat of government for the Jicarilla Apache Tribe. The nearest Navajo city is Shiprock.

The P-38 is in the traffic circle to the north. The shadow is clearly a P-38's. It's more easily seen in Google Earth w/zoom.
