There is nothing more I can do with it. I replaced your URL with mine and it works correctly on my comp.

That's very strange. I don't know exactly what you see but I managed to try it on a completely independent computer from which VGT has never been visited before and this link just does not work.
On this 2nd computer I also get the same bad image as posted above from my computer so I don't know what you did to the link but it has not changed at all.

But what you show is not within VGT, it is directly on Google Maps. The VGT tab is the next to the left in your screenshot. What do you see there?
For me the link within VGT looks like this:
https://virtualglobetrotting.com/map/diamond/view/google/#
And the image is the wrong one.

Clicking on a map thumbnail redirects me to Google or Bing.

OK, I did not know that setting, so that's the difference. It seems that blue dots are sometimes wrongly handled by VGT. It happened to some of my recent posts randomly. Thanks for clarifying.
