Also, in the first link, the StreetView doesn't work anymore as Google seems to have removed it. It also appears blurred if you search it manually.

It was made as a SV version of the first one. Yes, Google have erased their Street View from that part of the Lincoln Ave, but we can look at that house via Bing Street View.
