Just submitted a map near Sugarloaf Mountain in Maryland, and while scanning the area found what appears to be a misplaced tile that's only available at zoom level 2:

I wonder if that is some type of local cache problem in your browser. That site was just submitted in Vienna so you quite likely would have viewed it recently and had it in your cache.
