Here's the background.
There are four SA-3 SAM sites ringing Moscow See the inner ring of dots in this map:
http://www.globalsecurity.org/wmd/world/russia/images/moscow-abm-DDST8407770-ed.jpg
I have found the ones in the NE, NW, and SW quadrants:
http://googleglobetrotting.com/info.php/mid/5210 http://googleglobetrotting.com/info.php/mid/5212 http://googleglobetrotting.com/info.php/mid/8767
Extrapolating from the positions of these three the fourth site should be just SE of:
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=55.625494,37.891921&spn=0.004115,0.007604&t=k&hl=en
But try as I can I can't find it. I don't think it is off the edge of the high res area.
Maybe someone else can find it.

How about this site: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=55.530865,37.850304&spn=0.022105,0.060176&t=k&hl=en
It is just off the high-res, but seems to fit the map based on the roads and the city contours. You could also make an argument for the number of dots.

I'm of split opinion. It is the right place, the size is right, and there are 12 blotches.
On the otherhand they don't look to be layed out in straight lines and the other three have the area between them cleared and this new one doesn't seem to be cleared.
Definitely the best candidate yet though. Thanks. I'm leaning towards thinking that is it.

Found it!
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=55.577192,37.770438&spn=0.005612,0.015044&t=k&hl=en
It is much further to the west than the globalsecurity.org map shows it.
