This was the first shopping mall in Phoenix. It's in Encanto Village, on Central Ave and Osborn Rd.

Today, it's a mixed-use business park mainly occupied by regional administrative offices for non-profit hospital operator Dignity Health, and regional offices for UnitedHealth Group. The property currently is known as Park Central.
