On Monday 1st May 2023, BX2AP, a radio amateur from Taiwan reached the summit of 向陽山 (Xiàng Yáng Shān) and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 8 contacts in total working on the 15m amateur radio band.
