The defenseman for the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights purchased this home in October of 2021 for $3.25 Million. Martinez is from Detroit, Michigan and was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in 2007 and played for the Kings for 10 years, winning two Stanley Cups with the team, and most notably scoring the Cup winning goal in overtime of Game 5 of the Finals against the NY Rangers in 2014. He was traded to the Golden Knights in 2020 and signed a 3-year contract in July of 2021 for over $5M per year.
