The drummer and co-founder of the hard rock band "Van Halen" lived here until 1995. Julie Strain, an actor and model who was a Penthouse Pet of the Month in 1991, and later chosen as the magazine's Pet of the Year in 1993, currently owns the residence. This is also the former residence of retired talk show queen Jenny Jones.
