Amc Hornet

Amc Hornet

Portland, Oregon (OR), US
The Hornet was a compact car made from 1970-77. It was replaced by the Concord for 1978, which became the basis for the 4-wheel-drive Eagle. The Gremlin was created from the Hornet design. Though it was a small, modest car, much of Amc's success in its later years was due to the Hornet or its spinoffs. This is an early Hornet (1970-72).
