Anne-Pierre de Montesquiou-Fézensac, known as the “marquis de Montesquiou” was a French politician who was lieutenant general of the king's armies, agronomist, member of the French Academy, then deputy to the States General, general in the armies of the Revolution and deputy to the Convention that he presided before reigning over the Finance Committee.
