DUDE! I just saw this and am right now typing "APWB Executive Blvd Delaware" into google and ending up here. Not far away from this location, I saw some weird looking trees, then followed some power lines past a Lowes, a Dupont plant of some sort, and eventually saw this and was like "wtf is this?" May have to drive on down here tomorrow and see what company has that building, see if they're solar panels or some weird art piece or aerial signal or whatever the fuck. It's prolly nothing
