On Sunday 10th July 2022 Jarek DL/SP9MA/P a radio amateur from Poland reached the summit of Auersberg and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 27 contacts in total working on the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
