Berkely Square Gardens is a public park owned and Managed by the City of Westminster Council.
The Gardens were first enclosed in 1747 at the time when the buildings around the square were being built.
The Gardens is a good example of a formal London square and boast 4 equally sized lawn area and a number of mature London Plane trees.
The square is named for the Berkeley family whose London home was nearby before the square was developed.
