Blackburn Bus Company – No.1863 is a Volvo B7RLE with a Wright Eclipse Urban 2 body (DP44F configuration) which was delivered new in 2009.

The Wrightbus Eclipse bus body for a low floor single deck bus chassis was manufactured between 1999 and 2019. The body was specially designed for the Volvo B7L chassis but was also used later on the Volvo B7RLE chassis.
