Finding Nemo is a 2003 animated movie produced by Pixar Animation Studios for Walt Disney Pictures. It follows Marlin, a clownfish raising his only child, Nemo (His partner, Coral, and the rest of her eggs, were eaten by a barracuda), who then loses him to a pair of scuba divers who captured the curious young fish to be placed in Sydney dentist Sherman's fish tank. He then befriends an amnesiac blue tang, Dory, in the hopes of following the boat, which turned into a search for a lost diver's mask in the hopes of tracking it. In the meantime, they encounter three sharks (Bruce, Anchor, & Chum), anglerfish, sea turtles, among other sea creatures while Nemo desperately tries to break free from the tank upon being warned from fellow fish that Sherman's daughter, Darla, is about to kill Nemo, as she did with her other pet fish. Once then being brought into his office via Nigel, a pelican, Nemo sees Darla, then plays dead, who then panickedly flushes Nigel, Marlin and Dory down a toilet, while allowing Gill, a moorish idol, a chance to help Nemo escape and reunite with his father.

A sequel film, Finding Dory, would be released in 2016.
