Cerro Guise (HR/IN-010)

On Saturday 13th April 2024, David HR2DDL, a radio amateur from Honduras reached the summit of Cerro Guise and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 7 contacts in total working on the 40m, 20m and 15m amateur radio bands.

The summit of Guise is 1900 metres (6529 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
