City View Center is an abandoned strip mall of big box department stores located in Garfield Heights, Ohio, US. It opened in 2006 and, within two years, stores started closing.

The mall was built on an old, toxic, land fill and related problems started almost immediately. Significant sinking and deterioration is plainly visible. Methane gas is a safety threat even today. In one urban exploration youtube video documenting the site, they show a number of detailed architectural drawings bearing the title "Explosive Gas Monitoring Plans".

Giant Eagle is the sole remaining store, surprisingly. Evidence of sinking can be seen with Street View, especially in the rear of the building.
