A man from Medina de Rioseco named Manuel Milan traveled to America in the 18th century in search of fortune, and became mayor of Puebla (Mexico). There he acquired the skin of a great alligator (more than four meters) and donated it to his hometown. The one on the house wall is said to be a replica.
