On Saturday 16th July 2022 Henry IW3AGO/P a radio amateur from Italy reached the summit of Croda Jenne/Jennwand and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 40 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 60, 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio band.
