David Ting Kwok Ho is a Vancouver-based heir and entrepreneur billionaire originally from Hong Kong. His business empire, called David T.K. Ho Enterprises, includes MCL Cars, the city's top Jaguar, Porsche and Range Rover outlet, DTKH Robson Developments, a property development firm, and South Alder Greenhouses. He also founded the now defunct Harmony Airways, and Viking Security, which has been sold. In 2005 he was named the Businessman of the Year by the Vancouver Junior Board of Trade. He is currently facing seven criminal charges for an incident that allegedly occurred on December 28, 2008 involving confining and assaulting a prostitute in his home. Ho is the grandson of the founder of Hong Kong Tobacco Co., the former British colony's leading cigarette distributor.
The 11,076 sq ft home is for sale for $23.8 million.
