On Saturday 8th October 2022, Emir E78ES, a radio amateur from Bosnia Herzegovina reached the summit of Drinača and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 13 contacts in total working on the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
