Elandshoek (ZS/MP-056)

On Sunday 27th August 2023, Riaan ZS6RDP & Marnus ZS6MSM, two radio amateurs from Nelspruit, South Africa, reached the summit of Elandshoek and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 43 contacts in total working on the 40m, 20m and 10m amateur radio bands.
