Former Finmere Railway Station

Finmere, United Kingdom (GB)
Finmere station opened in 1899 and closed in 1964. The station was one of the many stations on "The Great Central Railway" between Sheffield Victoria and Aylesbury. The two platform remain. The bridge that took the railway across the road is still there and under the bridge you can see the bricked up entrance stairway to the station. The stationmaster's house is now a private house.
