There was a small mobile home park on this land, which survived into the 2000's. It consisted of a 2-story home (apartment?) and a street in the middle lined with mobile homes,primarily rented out monthly.Nothing remains, even the road. At one point, the city owned the property. The similar, aging, maybe slightly larger Woodmont Trailer Park across the street still exists.
