Shawclough & Healey was a railway station in England. The station opened 1.11.1870, had its first closure 2.4.1947, returned to the timetables in November 1919, closed for a second time 16.6.1947, closed to passengers 14.12.1949 and closed completely 6.1.1964. The station was opened by the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway and closed by British Railways (London Midland Region).
What's left today:
Nothing remains of the station today. A new housing estate is built on the site and the former railway cottages are now private houses.
