Former St. Albans London Road Railway Station

St. Albans London Road Station was opened 16.10.1865, closed to passengers 1.10.1951 and closed completely 5.10.1954. St. Albans London Road Station was part of the St. Albans Abbey - Hatfield Line in England.

Today the station building is still there and is now used as a business centre in a modern housing estate. The building is in good condition. The platform is also still there and in good condition. A small road named Orient Closed now goes along the trackbed and through the station site. The road bridge that brought the road across the railway is also still and the trackbed on the other side is now a cycle and walking path.
