Fuglebjerg Jættestue (Passage Grave)

Fuglebjerg, Denmark (DK)
Fuglebjerg Jættestue is a passage grave dating back to the Neolithic era located on the Danish island of Zealand. The tomb is located next to the road and is visible from the road. The tomb is still largely contained within its barrow with only the top of the barrow being removed and exposing the passage and chamber. The passage is still visible, but all capstones covering the passage have been removed. Two of the four capstones covering the chamber have fallen down with the two remaining still sitting in place. The chamber is enterable. An information board about the site is available at the site.
