Gillhög is a passage grave dating back to the Neolithic just north of Malmö, Sweden and directly west of the small Swedish town of Barsebäck. The tomb is located beside a small house and is open to the public. The mound surrounding the tomb is visible from a distance as one approaches the site. The passage is about 6 metres in length and leads into a single burial chamber made from megalithic stones. The tomb is enterable and information signs are at the site. Two stone cists (stone coffins) were also found at the site and were placed near the edge of the mound.
