On Saturday 9th September 2023, Chrysoula-Rena I/SV6NOL/P & Tolis I/SV6KVG/P, 2 radio amateurs from Ioannina, Greece reached the summit of Gran Paradiso and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 22 contacts in total working on the 20m amateur radio band.
