Gunung Bisma (YBJ/JT-008)

On Friday 23rd June 2023, Fakta YC2YWF, Sumarno YD2UIW and Toto YB2CRN, three radio amateurs from Central java, Indonesia reached the summit of Gunung Bisma and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 20 contacts in total working on the 40m amateur radio band.

The summit of Gunung Bisma is 2330 metres (7644 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
